The Beyblade X app, its campaigns, its prize pool and its exchange tickets are operated by Takara Tomy and their regional partners — funbox Toys in Taiwan, and the Hong Kong distributor. The Portal 0 has no account access, no admin rights, and no influence over what appears in the app.
What we actually do — once you have already won a ticket:
- Collect the physical prize in‑region on your behalf
- Check it, then ship it to you with tracking
- Recover a lost or expired ticket
- Change your app region or fix a login
- Make a specific prize appear

Every date below is Takara Tomy's own. We publish what they give us — never an estimate, never rounded up. A quiet region means they have told us nothing new.
Takara Tomy has missed their own Hong Kong date. They set late July 2026. The prizes have still not reached us, and no replacement date has been given — so we are not putting one here.
Nothing is wrong with your order and there is nothing you need to do. Your prize is held for you and ships with tracking the moment it lands with us.

The process
How to exchange
a ticket
Two stages. First you talk to us and we issue you a personal discount code. Only then do you go to the listing and check out. Doing it in the other order does not work — the listing is priced at US$9,999 on purpose.
Stage 1 — always first
Message us before you buy
Send us a message on any channel below with a screenshot of your winning ticket. We confirm the prize is still collectable, verify your purchase, and reply with the discount code that brings the listing down to the real US$35 handling fee.

Pick the exact region and prize
Choose the variation that matches your ticket — e.g. TW — DrakeBrave G4-70I. A Taiwan ticket cannot be redeemed against a Hong Kong variation.

Upload your ticket screenshot
Attach the 稀有陀螺交換票券 screen showing your 交換序號. One screenshot per prize — never combine two tickets in one image.

Won more than one? Repeat.
Refresh the page and repeat steps 2–3 for each extra ticket. Every prize needs its own line and its own screenshot.

Add to cart
Add each prize with its file attached. The line shows US$9,999 for now — that is expected and it comes off at checkout.

Double-check the cart
Confirm every line has the right region, the right prize, and a file attached. A line with no screenshot cannot be processed.

Apply the code we gave you
At checkout, paste your code into Discount code or gift card and press Apply.

Pay, then wait for dispatch
Each qualifying line drops to US$35. Pay, and we notify you with tracking as soon as your prize ships.
Using the app
How to win a ticket
in the first place
This part happens entirely inside Takara Tomy's app, before we are involved at all. It is here because people ask — not because we can help if it goes wrong.

Get the Beyblade X app
Install it from the App Store or Google Play. It is Takara Tomy's own app.

New Data or Link Data
First launch: tap New Data. Only tap Link Data if you are carrying an existing account over.

Choose Taiwan or Hong Kong
On Region Selection, pick Taiwan (Traditional Chinese) or Hong Kong (Cantonese). Japan and Singapore tickets cannot be serviced.

Confirm the region
Check the selection is correct, then tap the green OK.

Double-confirm the delivery region
The app warns that prizes ship only inside the region you picked. Tap OK to confirm.

Let the app load
The version and your User ID appear while it starts up.

Save your ID and password
Screenshot or write these down. They are the only way to recover the account if you lose the phone.

Confirm you saved them
Tap the black button to confirm the login details are safely noted.

Acknowledge the region notice
The app confirms only Bey Codes from your chosen region will scan. Tap 下一步 to continue.

Spend points on the Rare Bey Get battle. A win issues an exchange ticket.

Reveal and screenshot the serial
Under 票券, tick 顯示交換序號 to reveal the 交換序號, then screenshot the whole screen including the date. Tickets expire — send it to us the same day.

every round
When will my prize actually arrive?
No delivery date yet. Takara Tomy has not given an ETA for this round's prizes, and we will not guess at one. Your order is secured either way — we update this page as soon as we are told anything, and you get tracking by email the moment your prize ships.
My ticket expired. Can you still get the prize?
No. The expiry is enforced by the app and the regional distributor, not by us — once it lapses there is nothing on our side to appeal to. Screenshot your ticket and message us the same day you win it.
Why is the listing US$9,999?
It is a deliberate placeholder. It stops anyone checking out before we have confirmed their ticket is valid and still collectable. Your discount code brings each qualifying line down to US$35.
I won on the Japan or Singapore region. Can you help?
Not at the moment. This service covers Taiwan and Hong Kong only, because those are the regions where we can collect a physical prize. Check the status board above for the regions currently open.
I won several prizes. Can I put quantity 2 on one line?
No — each prize is tied to one unique exchange serial, so each needs its own cart line with its own screenshot. Refresh the listing between each one.
Can I buy the service first and sort the ticket out later?
Please don't. Without a confirmed ticket we cannot issue a code, and an order placed without one has to be refunded. Message us first — it takes a few minutes.
Do you run the app, or the prize campaign?
No. The app and the campaign belong to Takara Tomy and their regional partners — funbox Toys in Taiwan, and the Hong Kong distributor. We are an independent retailer offering a collection-and-shipping service to people who have already won. We cannot change app content, restore accounts, or influence the prize pool.
How long does it take, and how is it shipped?
Collection happens in-region once the round's prizes are released to us, so timing depends on the distributor's schedule. Once we have it in hand we ship internationally and send you tracking. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout, separately from the US$35 fee.
